How to Calculate Your Life Gua Number

• Add the last 2 digits of your birth year. Reduce to a single digit.

• For females: Add 5 (or 6 if born in 2000 or later).
  For males: Subtract from 10 (or 9 if born in 2000 or later).

• Reduce to a single digit.

Exceptions:

• Born Jan 1 – Feb 3? Use the previous year.

• If your result is 5, use 8 (female) or 2 (male).

How to Activate Your Identity Palace

• Ventilate well – fresh air invites fresh energy.

• Remove outdated reminders of the past that no longer serve you.

• In a bathroom: Keep it very clean, well-lit, tidy and uplifting.

• Missing: Hang 9 lead crystal spheres along the wall bordering the missing section.

• In a shared house communal area: Use your personal direction within your bedroom.

• In a storeroom: Keep the room well organised and tidy, even behind closed doors. Open the storeroom regularly to let fresh air in.

• If you find yourself letting others define your value, you can use this space to recognise your self-worth and realise your value. It can help you feel good about yourself.

• If you feel stuck, demotivated or are unclear of the steps to get to where you want to be. It can give you clarity of conviction.

 Focus on adding items / symbols of the qualities you aspire to have, you can even write out beliefs that support who you aspire to be and keep in this area.
